In November 1996, CalendarONE was founded as a provider of online calendaring software for corporate usage. It was subsequently appointed the official calendaring utility for Singapore ONE, Singapore's high bandwidth information infrastructure for its home-grown, powerful but easy-to-use software. Continual product development and innovation culminated in CalendarONE winning Singapore's prestigious
National IT Awards in 1998. 

After securing two rounds of investment amounting to S$14 million, CalendarOne received the mandate to expand to nine cities across Asia Pacific from 1999 to 2002. Following the burst of dotcom bubble, the company was re-focused into providing IT solutions and services to our customers and prospects.
 
With the acquisition of Bexcom assets and software, and the IntraComm business in Singapore and Malaysia, in 2003, CalendarOne has re-aligned its business to focus on development and services of its core products including calendaring, resource management and eProcurement. We have also sharpened our skillset on Microsoft .NET platform to support mission critical system operations. With our strong customer base in various industries (Manufacturing, Clubs, Resorts, Government, Travel, Associations, etc) CalendarOne is aiming to expand regionally with branch offices in Malaysia and Thailand, together with our business partners in China, Japan and Indonesia.
