Cal-ONE Spend Management

Cal-ONE Integrated eProcurement Solutions (IPS)

OVERVIEW

Companies purchase goods from others on a daily basis. Yet, many of the purchases are usually done through manual means, and this involves using traditional telephones, and faxes. It also means having to coordinate deliveries and deal with lots of paper documentations. The problem becomes more pertinent for large organizations who need to deal with large amount of inventories, and whose operations span across geographic locations.

To address these problems, CalendarOne’s Integrated Procurement Solution (IPS) provides the platform to enable medium and large organizations to automate and streamline their procurement process.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

IPS is able to model the organization’s internal approval process for companies’ procurement functions. It also facilitates the electronic exchange of the business documents (such as RFQs, POs, Dos, Claim slip) between the relevant parties for inter-company purchases. In addition, the solution is able to cost-effectively integrate with company’s legacy back-end accounting and inventory systems.

The IPS is suitable for discrete manufacturing industry, and the hospitality or engineering services industries.
