Events Service Team

CalendarONE's time-based marketplace is a comprehensive online Events Guide catered to the leisure tourist and business traveller. At the click of a button, users are able to access events information, make registrations for events and activities respectively and even locate venues to host corporate and private functions.

Our Events services target event organisers like PR companies, tourism boards, event management companies and government agencies, offering them solutions designed to broadcast events and increase traffic, participation and revenue for their events. Leveraging on our strategic alliance with highly traffic portals, we also provide an alternative online marketing channel for theses businesses to reach out to regional and global consumers.

Applications Development Team

The Applications Development Team specializes in developing web-based calendaring and scheduling solutions for managing time-sensitive resources. Ranging from events reservation systems, resource booking systems, online bidding solution to content management solution, CalendarONE has installed and implemented these solution in numerous governmental and private organizations in Singapore and the region.

The Applications Development Team includes various design and programming skills set in platforms like Microsoft ASP.Net.2.0, ASP+, XML, C, C++, Java scripts, ODBC, Oracle and SQLServer databases. The expertise also extends into areas like integration with other major platform like ERP systems and ePayment gateway.

The project management methodology is the IDA’s Application Development and Maintenance Management (ADMM). CalendarONE is ISO9001 certified in design and application development since 1996.

Collectively, the Applications Development Team amassed over 50 years of domain knowledge and development expertise.

Hosting, Support and Maintenance Team

Our hosting, support and maintenance team ensure that the web-based solutions we deploy for our clients deliver the value for their business operation and continue to meets their needs as their business expand.

CalendarONE currently host and maintain more than thirty customers in our secure Internet data centre. Our hosting environment is equipped with Uninterrupted Power Supply, standby generator, smoke detector, and security access system. The powerful servers are protected by Cisco Pro firewall and connected with lease line. The hosting environment includes the implementation of Versign’s Secured Socket Layers (SSL) and electronic payment gateway with NETS and I2Pay.

Our hosting environment complies with the IDA IT Security Standards, and was audited by the IT Security Centre of National Computer Systems Pte Ltd.

Our support and maintenance team also ensure that the relevant domain knowledge and expertise is available in the events our clients require that the solutions be enhanced or customized to meet their business needs.
