Company Overview
In November 1996, CalendarOne was founded as a provider of online calendaring software for corporate usage. It was subsequently appointed the official calendaring utility for Singapore ONE, Singapore's high bandwidth information infrastructure for its home-grown, powerful but easy-to-use software. Continual product development and innovation culminated in CalendarOne winning Singapore's prestigious National IT Awards in 1998.
With the acquisition of Bexcom assets, software and the IntraComm business in Singapore and Malaysia, in 2003, CalendarOne has re-aligned its business to focus on development, delivery, and services of its core software products for specific industries. These enterprises solutions encapsulate domain-knowledge for specific industries like Hospitality, MICE, Education and Healthcare and enable our clients to automate their entire business operations and resources. We have also sharpened our skill-set on Microsoft .NET platform to support mission-critical system operations. With our strong customer base in various industries, CalendarOne aims to expand regionally with branch offices in Malaysia and Thailand, together with our business partners in other regions.

As a managed IT software solution and services company, CalendarOne is structure to provide our customers with a one-stop shop convenience from application development and implementation to hosting, support and maintenance.
Applications Development Team
The Applications Development Team comprise of human resources and IPRs that amass more than 50 years of domain knowledge and development expertise in IT automation solutions for industries like Hospitality, MICE, Education, Healthcare and Public sectors. The IT automation solutions include enterprise operation management systems including Club management, Event management, School Management, and Clinic management systems. CalendarOne has installed and implemented these solutions in numerous sectors for the past 15 years.
The Applications Development Team includes various design and programming skills set in platforms like Microsoft ASP.Net.2.0, ASP+, XML, C, C++, Java scripts, ODBC, Oracle and SQLServer databases. The expertise also extends into areas like integration with other major platforms like ERP systems and ePayment gateway.
The project management methodology is IDA’s Application Development and Maintenance Management (ADMM). CalendarONE is ISO9001 certified in design and application development since 1996.
Events Service Team
CalendarOne time-based marketplace is a comprehensive online Events Guide,@ www.eventshub.sg that aggregate all events and activities happening in Singapore. It caters as a one-stop convenience for locals, leisure tourist and business travellers to access events information, make registrations for events and activities respectively and even locate venues to host corporate and private functions.
Our Events services target event organizers like PR companies, tourism boards, event management companies, and government agencies, offering them solutions designed to broadcast events and increase traffic, participation, and revenue for their events. Leveraging on our strategic alliance with highly traffic portals, we also provide an alternative online marketing channel for these businesses to reach out to regional and global consumers.
In addition, the Events Guide also provide a unique value-add proposition in that clients that implement our application solutions are enabled via an automatic feature to export / share their products and services to the Events Guide for greater marketing exposure.
Hosting, Support and Maintenance Team
Our hosting, support and maintenance team ensure that the web-based solutions we deploy for our clients deliver the value for their business operation and continue to meets their needs as their business expand.
CalendarONE currently hosts and maintain more than thirty customers in our secure Internet data centre. Our hosting environment is equipped with Uninterrupted Power Supply, standby generator, smoke detector, and security access system. The powerful servers are protected by Cisco Pro firewall and connected with the lease line. The hosting environment includes the implementation of Versign’s Secured Socket Layers (SSL) and electronic payment gateway with NETS and I2Pay.
Our hosting environment complies with the IDA IT Security Standards and was audited by the IT Security Centre of National Computer Systems Pte Ltd.
Our support and maintenance team also ensure that the relevant domain knowledge and expertise are available in the events our clients require that the solutions be enhanced or customized to meet their business needs.
